HertsHelp is a free service that helps people get support with a wide range of issues, from money worries to loneliness. It puts people in contact with a range of organisations that provide support, social activities, advice and more.
Anyone can contact HertsHelp by phone or email. HertsHelp staff will take time to understand your problems or concerns, and then put you in touch with organisations that can provide support.
HertsHelp tries to provide help with any problem, including:
- Struggling to cope
- Care and carers
- Healthier living
- Transport, including bus passes and blue badges
- Home services and equipment
- Cost of living

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am – 5pm
Wednesday, 9am – 7pm
Saturday – Sunday, 10am – 4pm.
